Boshier is a talented loose forward who has come through the New Zealand Schools and under 20 programmes. Lachlan made his debut in 2016 and was a key part of the Gallagher Chiefs team that beat Wales .  - The Chiefs

Following an impressive impact as an injury replacement player in 2016, and full squad player in 2017, Boshier will be looking to build on that in his third Super Rugby season. 

Hailing from New Plymouth, Lachlan represents Taranaki in the Mitre 10 Cup and was part of their impressive 2016 campaign. 

A versatile player who consistently puts in solid performances in the openside flanker position, Chiefs fans can be excited to see Lachlan in Investec Super Rugby action in 2018.
